Just finished, only did cavities etc. Very sticky stuff when on hands :doh Seems to have done what its supposed to, will know for sure in a few years time :lol It was vaporising and coming out everywhere and I'm confident it will creep like mad!!

Wasn't too impressed with the fx11 applicator gun I bought extra, seemed to have trouble picking product up out of can and its only thin stuff, but i never seem to have much luck with those sort of gun, maybe I'm doing something wrong. The 360° nozzle seemed to work well and all in all it was quite easy, fast and I'm confident its where I wanted it to be :thumb2

Once the engine is swapped i will be on it.

I changed the hydraulic cylinder in the n/s/r brake drum today. I had noticed a wet patch where I had been parked then the light came on to warn me of low fluid, when I looked the drum was wet so I ordered a new cylinder! Not a bad job to do and have a very decent brake pedal now :thumb2
Does anyone recommend changing them in pairs or doing the other side to be safe?

Ok will do other side, bleed nipple is a bit dodgy on it too.
The shoes are only a few months old and are still in excellent condition, I would like to keep them really :nenau

OK if not BF contaminated otherwise bin them, or send them to me for my mates off road motor, Slindon mud makes them work oil or not, Rick

Hi guys, so I didn't come to peaks meet but I have been busy over the weekend, I have given the interior the mother of all clearouts and organised the boot area a bit better.
I have fitted a new pas pump cos mine went after struggling for ages, the different is amazing!
I've also fitted a new secondhand tailgate and rear bumper, just a couple of the plastic wheel arch trims to bodge back on now, and a new windscreen, and a shed load of bushes front and back, and best of all a new set of tyres

I'll try and put a pic up of the boot and bumper but for some reason I'm struggling!

I'm coming Mr B, depending on what jobs I can get done I might offer to lead a second group on eltys shropshire trip, but I want to get track rods done etc. before new rubber goes on!

I bought a poly bush kit from Milners t'other day, ten in total, eight for the trailing arms and two for the panhard. I fitted them today and gotta say I'm pretty impressed with the quality, they came with new bolts and nyloc nuts too. My old trailing arm bushes were wearing and two were worn badly, to the point I felt axle move a little every time I set off from lights etc. :doh:lol

Tried the same setup in my LWB but it won’t, the front seat is too far back no matter what I did.
