Replaced the front panhard bushes with poly ones and fitted an adjustable panhard to the rear (once I have a front adjustable I'll extend them both and bring the axles back into centre line).

Had been absent of an interior light since I got her as I needed to get a hold of a 24v festoon bulb the right size.

Got fed up of finding ones that were kind of right size but not quite so made use of some pretty cheap LED lights I got a hold of. They aren't pretty but they work very well! :lol

One annoying thing is that my Trol doesn't have any cup holders, just a couple shallow trays.

Trip to B&Q for a pipe end vent and some work with the dremel and a little silicone to hold it in...

Might do it again with a wider piece of pipe but that does great for the time being!

Go on lad!!! :clap

Doing something with that light isn't high priority if I'm honest bro but I'll do a proper cover for it at some point...

I bought a couple of these 12/24 volt round led interior lights.
Direct replacement for the standard with all 3 functions.

Rob, I work at a DAF dealership, trucks run on 24v, do you want me to have a look through the parts catalogue for some lights, I'll have a look on the shelf for a correct bulb if you can post a picture up :thumb2

Cheers Doug mate, I don't even have an old bulb to get a number off which was part of the issue.

Also don't have a cover for the holder so would rather look at replacing the whole light fitting than try and track down a new cover so I'm not having a bare hot bulb near my scalp! (also try to change bulbs to LED as a matter of course if I can)

Leds rule mate, I changed my caravan lights to led bulbs so I can run longer off the battery off grid :thumb2

Just had an offer accepted for a Y60 4.2 swb rear prop on Ebay, advertised for £80, got it for £60.

I don't need it but SWB rears, particularly 4.2, aren't exactly common (fronts are all the same Y60 to Y61 I believe).

Prop UJs are on my to do list so I'll get this one all checked over and up to scratch when it arrives and look to swap over with the existing one which I can then refurb at my leisure 💪🏻🤘🏻:D

A few months back I picked up a spare rear propshaft for Bess thinking to recondition it then swap with the existing but bonus was when it arrived and the UJs were perfect. Cleaned up/replaced the grease nipples and it was good to go :thumb2 Finally got it fitted on Sunday and now I can work away on the existing prop at my leisure.

Nuts/bolts off on the old prop. Just needed a few wee taps with the persuader to remove it.

Replacement prop in place.

In fairness, old one is a bit grubby but not too bad although both UJs have lost their grease nipples (I knew this) and are feeling a bit notchy so ready for replacement.

Image size now sorted!

App doesn't allow resizing but I've found the modifier to add to the URL :thumbs
