TBH CRAG don't have a lot of time for Simply 4x4, they also run events around the Clywydians/Berwyns, where a lot of Crag members drive, and CRAG takes the opinion of greenlanes being open to all, and there should not be a charge made for them.
Ultimately Mike you were being led, but something to consider - under current law the police can give 1 warning for nuisance driving like laning on incorrect routes etc, then second time around vehicles can be siezed & crushed - having been led down what i now know post NERC was not a legal track anyway, I always tend to have a map and try & keep track of what is being driven.
I went out with them sometime ago so you may be referring to me. What should have been two groups constantly became 1 group of 15!! I was really embarressed on many occasions as I was the last man due to having a CB radio and therefore was the gate closer and found myself apologising to all the walkers and mountain bikers we were disturbing. Having said all this I did enjoy the day at the time because it was my fist outing and knew no better.
cameraman said:No probs with more coming, but we will have to split into 3 groups now, so 1 more volunteer for leading 3rd group please.
Please note meet point is Bamford rail station car park and not Yorkshire bridge pub, Pub car park can no longer be used.
Thanks

Always work on the KISS method (no robobone not sheep) keep it simple stupid.
I can give you a route card on Sunday or if I can figure it out e mail it.
Working on sheets 110 and 119, Ordnance survey landranger series.
Cheers
