Wow, haven't checked this thread out for a while....There's some major shit that's going on

What did those boys do to you in Wales

A bit of help please peeps, the top pipe on the bulk head runs straight from the fuel tank to this filter, the bottom one goes to the bottom connection on the ip. So I'm pretty sure the bottom connection on ip is in and the top one is out/return, the leak off pipes are connected to the top one too so I'm quite confident, however look at the directional arrow on the fuel filter connection, are the pipes just back to front or am I missing something? Going to get some clear fuel line now too :thumb2

Pipe between filter and tank will be for fuel coming from the tank, filtered fuel then goes to pump.

If it was the other way around then the pump would be getting unfiltered fuel from the tank :nenau

I need to have the bumper off at some point and I have a spare so I might have a play about :naughty. I've been through your thread a couple of times mate, did you build your rear bumper onto the original bumper sub-frame?

Mine was made from scratch out of 3mm plate.
Took a few attempts to get the shape something like.

:lol I was mentally violated, 40s next :D

How you doing mate?

I'm good Doug :thumb2

:lol:lol nutter, you finished that engine transplant yet :naughty

You fitted new fuel line too Doug? What did you use?

Used rubber, I have some p clips but it's tie wrapped to the old ones for now. The pipes on the fuel filter were on backwards, swapped em round and used some clear (ish) stuff and a pre filter. Can't take her for a ride yet but seems to rev quicker with less hesitaion :D

I found this hiding aswell, pipe comes from front top of tank to this then disappears behind the plastic guard that hides the filler neck, any ideas?...

it is the tank breather, it has a float in it so if you overfill the tank or roll the motor fuel does not spill out, Rick
