Nah I've got the proper 2.7, blocky has the 3.0, I'm sure it'll fit, if not I have a special flaring screwdriver, er I mean tool :D

Nice. Do you know the overall diameter of the hose?

Yes mate, o/d was stated in specs :thumb2 I ordered ten of each and a couple of transparent pre filters too. I will be doing them after I have finished the sills and body repairs so I don't chop them again :doh:D

How much have the big tyre brigade had to modify the front arches?, I'm struggling to find any decent pics of arches! I cut this out so I could see what was what :D

Pft, way past that mate. I've got about 10mm of wing I think there at the bottom:D.

Plenty enough for my needs on 33's.
The main work was getting rid of the seam, hammering and welding back together about 20mm further back.

Nice one Elty, cheers :thumb2 I've been studying the pic and couldn't quite put my finger on summat, then I realised, body lift :D. I'm gonna try and get all the cutting and bashing done on the whole of the off side tomorrow, then it's welder time :D:D

Sounds like a plan:thumb2
I did most of the work before the body lift so i could run on 32" tyres.
With the body lift on my 33's went straight on no problems.

I'll be going 31s, poss 32s next, I need it to still be able to pull the caravan. So much I wanna do, even thought about a custom rear bumper earlier, soooo much overhang but I still managed to go down the horse shoe lane

Need much thought about a rear bumper. Especially when you need to tow. Horse shoe lane scratched under the corners of my bumper but the centre is saved by the towbar mounts. Fabricating a steel bumper would be great but it'll show more of the hideous towbar. Rick took his off in Wales but what a ball ache. :nenau

I lifted my tow bar a while back and had a skid plate welded on, it did well at wales so I might as well leave it till I experience any issues. I need a slap now n then to keep me grounded :D

They have got a fat arse:lol
I did a custom rear bumper but like blocky said it exposes the towbar when fitted.

I'm in no way grounding you. I'm definitely up for building a steel rear bumper. I've been collecting cardboard boxes to start designing something.:naughty

I need to have the bumper off at some point and I have a spare so I might have a play about :naughty. I've been through your thread a couple of times mate, did you build your rear bumper onto the original bumper sub-frame?
