I'm loving what you're doing. Do it right first time and dont have to go back to it again. It's a lot of work and might seem as though it's lasting for ever but you'll get there and once done you'll be able to drive it and enjoy it knowing it's solid.

:clap:doh:clap:clap

Good work mate.been there , done that
Don't be shy cutting out the rot.I learned early on it's just not worth the bother trying weld to shite steel.Cut back to real clean steel while you're doing the job :D
So much work to start with but before long you'll be stitching up the last bit and wonder if you really want to get it wet ever again :lol
Keep it up:thumbs

I'm looking forward to getting back on the road (well, off road :lol) again but I don't mind doing stuff like this, it's not as bad as it could be, was it elty that had to practically replace his rear floor? Things seem pretty straight forward and I'm really looking forward to getting stuck in, should be a tidy job when I've done it :D

My tip, use S/S plate, shit loads of it about, old commercial fridges/freezers etc, it is all I will use now, Rick

Sounds OK doesn't it, you might have to check other threads to get correct size though.

Nice one boys :thumbs

I got sizes from your thread MrB, has your booboo healed yet :D

I just thought I'd replace them y'know, I didn't cut through one by accident or owt silly like that, honest :D:doh
