Don't completely seal them unless you seal up everything at floor level. The inside of the body panels will sweat and condensation runs down the inside of the panels and drains into the sills and then out , in theory. If you look up from underneath you'll see loads of access into the truck.

Put a couple of Hi Lift jacking points in them while you're at it

Ah, I did not know that! Drain holes it is then!
hilift jack points are going in the chassis mounted rock sliders :thumb2

A tiny bit of progress today after work, took the metal reinforcement out of front bumper and chopped the middle of it out to make room for the mount and winch, trimmed some odd bits off round the body mounts and gave some bits a coat of vactan (like fertan I think) which is why the chassis looks black...

Yeh it's in the way, I've already chopped it shorter, will make a cross member for it cos if I fit bonnet pins they may interfere with the hi-lift jack mounts :naughty
