Bloke, MIG welding is either easier than I thought, or you're a natural. You appear to have taken to it like a duck to water. Nice work.

Tried threading some 10mm plastic pipe i had laying around through rear door seal yesterday but was not flexible enough to be able to put seal on the door. ?.

...so I bought some of this 9mm stuff for 80p a metre, much better :thumb2

Ok mate, but not much to see, it's harder to close though :doh, but I reckon it will all squash in to place nicely

Well, it might not be as pretty as when I do it on the bench but it sure ain't going anywhere, plenty of heat and penetration, rock solid :thumb2...the other side looks better and is as strong!!

I got fed up earlier then it started to rain so I gave it up for today.
