Zac I will argue this point to the end, just show me where they state "depth of discharge" as a percentage of total capacity, they do not, it is a start battery that will not tolerate repeated 80% discharge that a traction battery does, the best you will get from those if you expect a reasonable life is 30%, it is all down to the plate thickness and in that size of casing to be able to deliver the starting amps required the plates have to be thin to get enough of them in, which means at 80% discharge they will lose lead at an alarming rate and die, enough said, Rick
