I'm going to re-fit the old heat shied once I makeitfit :lol
Eventually the old cast zorst will be binned in favour of a bad ass 3" free flow jobbie :sly

Don't know mate, there's lots to do still and I'm off road next weekend and then off to protest on 25th .
Bottom pulley is being made asap.
then I have to get the intercooler plumbing sorted

by god that shaft's huge!! :lol:lol , i'd extend that rad hose & get it out the way of the pulley, my man may be able to help with the belt bit, just needs length, how many ribs, and pully width :thumb2

Funnily enough, no
I've been a busy boy at work and playing hard on so many weekends I've not had a chance to get the front pulley off :doh
Now prompted I'll get on it , sorry :augie
