A few holes to drill for the exhaust manifold and it'll be on the truck :sly
Back tomorrow :clap

Sexy as hell those brackets

How did you cut them and who bent them ?

Cutting is easy, I just use Mr angle grinder and fine cutting disc. Then a quick fettle with Mrs slapper :lol
Fold is done on an enormous 4m bending machine up the blacksmith's :thumbs

Too right :thumb2 and there's a soap maker up the road too :) He got easy planning approval to counteract the cheese maker further down the lane :lol

very nice brackets , I see you are a perfectionist, I am a bit hit and miss, cut free hand, usually good but some times make a cock up, but that cock up will come in handy some time later, Rick

No way have u cut them with an angle grinder ?!!?

Just looks too neat :p

Get your self some 1mm slitting discs there the dogs
Or a plasma cutter:thumb2

Got a draw full of 1mm from machine mart

I'm used to cutting stuff, I'm a joiner :D

I'd use about 50 disks to cut that out of 5mm steel tho :lol
