A little more tank work

So the Kunifer pipes have now been bent into the shape of the old ones with the pipe bender and doesn't seem to have turned out too badly, you'll notice I've left lots of spare pipe each end in case I have a nightmare flaring the ends when the postman turns up with the tool :doh

Tank has been painted and had 4 coats of Hammerrite

Once it had it's last coat, I left it to dry and started to take a look at the filler end of things

That just won't do!!!!!!!!

Chopped off the old brackets as they'd had it and the pipe just disintegrated in my hands, I'm going to run some Kunifer and "P" Clip it to the bracket using the same loop shape.

Wow well done for saving that filler neck, they're like rocking horse poo. I surprised how bad yours was too. Dare not look at mine, I remember the state of the old blue truck last summer.

Started to clean out the underneath of the truck today, man there's some crud all up in there!! Once it's all cleaned out I'll be Waxoyling the underneath of the truck again as it certainly is due it's top up. Rear axle will be painted black as will the hubs etc.

Also managed another few little jobs too, swapped the regulator in the passengers side door which has done wonders for the speed of the window :naughty

Also swapped my fish tank inspired indicator for a new one
