Interesting.

Not sure you needed to take a picture of them sat on your chest hair!

Whereabouts are you thinking of putting them on the truck?

:thumb2

I'll have you know that was on our new carpet :lol

They are going into the top rear light clusters on the truck acting as sidelights as when I'm towing my twin axle it looks like I've got no rear lights on the truck as the ones in the bumper are obscured.

Obviously I have the trailer lights but it just looks weird full stop and I want to be a bit more "visible", there was quite some discussion about it on the lanes over the CB whilst we were in York

Sounds like a good plan, I know what you mean about towing, I often see vehicles after dark that are towing and it takes a few moments to figure out what you're coming up behind. I'm all for anything that makes a vehicle more visible.

Your missus must be nuts about you to choose a carpet the same colour and texture as your chest hair.

:lol

Bro, you're making me twitchy! :nenau

Can think of a few wee things I want to do to the Trol but can't justify any spending what with Xmas coming up and Australia in January :(

I think I meant "Do keep UP dear " in a kind of Michael Winner stylee :D
Meaning I'd done the light mod some time back but didn't link a pic as I was obviously not paying attention to my phone :doh
I'll go and hide in the corner for a bit :bow
raised side lights, brake lights, inset reverse lights and indicators ;)

I don't plan on getting rid any time soon and I'm determined to have the biggest daily driver Terrano in the country eventually :naughty

Go big or go home

I've seen it done in Iceland, big bucks I'm sure but to be a 1 of a kind over here it's got to be done

Well, you're no idiot, you know that more power, bigger wheels means the weak point becomes something else. Looks like you may have found it.

Looks like you may be doing your 3.0ltr clutch sooner than you thought.

:(

Tell me about it, who was it devised that cradle recently? I've rang a few garages and they can do one if they think I'm paying what they are asking.

I reckon I'll have a crack myself on the drive and try and get the 3 litre on

I've been out laneing today and a couple of trials recently. Been cranking up the boost and fiddling with Tunit settings and LPG. The Pearl is seriously pulling some power and the clutch is absolutely diamond ;)
My next week point with the Lokka and 35s appears to be CVs
Ah well another little job for the weekend :doh

Balls

Got it home and did the 5th Gear, Handbrake on, high revs and dump the clutch.

I'll let the video do the talking :doh
