Could be that pesky slave cylinder on its way out, I had some slippage only in 3rd n 4th but went after changing both master & slave cylinders & bleed of course.

If you engage 4 wheel drive on normal road conditions you will cause windup & will not be going anywhere fast before buggering something up.

I dont know the year of your motor, but the number you have supplied is for years 2002-2005. There are many versions most quite expensive for what it is.

Do you have the part No for the one you got ?

Just because it says o/s f dont take it for granted, check wire & plugs for all 4 sensors, I had 2 abs codes come up once, I sorted the first reset the codes & the second fault had gone & never came back.

Its probably a Driver issue & by that I'm not saying you :lol but the software driver, have you tried running the software in comparability mode for Win 7 ? or try looking on web for another driver.

Thats what I used but 4mm internal dia, I have only done 2 long length's about a meter long & some of the fiddly short right angle ones.

It was the bushes either side of that large spring that caused my pedal not to return properly, I made a couple out of nylon wall plugs.

If it doesn't smoke after installation your all good :lol:lol:lol

How about something like these if your holes are still the same as Mav 35x21 you might have to cut a small square section out, remove a blank & take a look see. sube

There was a new bosch one on ebay for about £55 got to be worth a punt
