Well now that the welding on the passenger side is done we have moved the truck and stuck it up on ramps so a little easier access. Aching body preventing me from doing much more today:doh. Getting a new bottle of gas tomorrow assuming it's in stock and then too busy to do much tomorrow night. So Tuesday at the earliest before I have another bash at it.

I reckon you could make a handful of them before Wales Rick :lol

Nah not worth the effort, I generally use a larger size cranked ring spanner on the open ends of a combination spanner, never had any problems, Rick

Is that a 1/2" drive hole in the handle to take a breaker bar for extra stubborn 10mm bolts? :lol

£33 ????? I will stay with combi spanner and cranked ring on the end thanks, or a tube, Rick

Kin el. Same here. I've managed this long without one of them:eek:
I'll just nip out to the garage and pull the nail out of the wall I was going to hang it on :lol

Some may criticise and say you will end up braking the open end, but if you chose the correct size cranked ring the bulk of the force will be at the bottom of the jaw, if it is at the tip then wrong size or position, been using this method for donkeys years, and the plus point is the spanner needed is never far away or hard to find but special spanner will never be near when needed, Rick
