140 mile round trip, turned up the magic go box a bit for the way back, no drama, what a vehicle

I know the van looks too far forward on the trailer but it was actually in a really good position, towed very well :thumb2....

Yes mate, it was a beast as well, hydraulic tipping and was nearly as heavy as the flippin van, £57inc vat for the day, I thought it was only 48 as didn't mention vat on website. I know a guy who is selling a nice car trailer but £1000 is a lot to be sitting on the grass waiting to be used, made sense to hire.

It was ace, the lights folded out as they had a pin on the bottom that held the integral ramps in, built in lockable storage box, tipped really fast 'cos both strokes on the lever moved liquid, I was smitten :lol

Finished snorkel today, bit of body filler to tidy it up, rustoleum, primer then gloss black :thumb2....

I used tiger seal and a jubilee clip to fix the flexi to the snorkel, caravan non setting bedding sealant and a jubilee clip fof the air filter end, the inner wing has had a coat of rustoleum, stone chip stuff then waxoyl....

Looks pretty factory and loads of room for a second battery...

When I finished I took the top off the snorkel and put my hand over the end with the engine running, no air getting sucked in anywhere and then engine cut out , I'll still be nervous first time It gets tested though :lol

This might be the last mod for a while as I have no job now, also I've just bought a van that needs a bit of attention, welding etc so will be getting that sorted first :thumbs

No job, jobless, well contract-less I suppose as I'm self employed, gonna put this van I bought on the road and go servicing I reckon, I'm tired of house bashing now. Looking into oftec for oil fired boilers too, only posh people have them, lots of money and gold candle sticks :lol

Just a pic I took today while out with the frog of Sarah looking SUPER FINE
In the background you can see Ferrybridge "C" power station, one of only two in the country with two chimneys and I think has the largest cooling towers in europe, and Kellingley Colliery or the big K, both now closed and soon to be gone
