I'm up!! A bit wobbly but I'm ok[emoji481][emoji33]3:
The steel rims are 8j 15" and I'll have a look and see what the offset is as soon as I've had a greasy fry up :thumb2

The tyres are 31x10.50x15. Well worn mud terrains and the front two are almost at the end of their life.

Keep it to yourself T-Doug but I've removed the front mud flaps to make room. :augie

So I was right then!!!! You asked that question about a year ago and I told you then you'd have to bin those flaps and you told me they would be OK lmao

Ok ok. :lol
Everything was fine until I lifted the body. Started to rub the inside edge of the flaps when turning. More so with the spacers so I took them off.
Your steels, with the negative offset, would rub more. So they're off :D and I must say, I like it:naughty

See I've been looking after you from the start and you've now realised that Banshee has been around the block a bit now with these things lol

Never doubted you for a second, it's just us oldies don't like change:lol

Jeez. It's been since August!! Well I decided to treat the old girl to a new battery just after chrimbo.

And today the radiator sprung a leak!:doh Removed the cap to the rad to stop it pressurising and it got me home with out any dramas.
So I've some searching to do as on closer inspection I'm amazed it's lasted so long, so no point getting it repaired. Battered and bruised is an understatement.
Doubtful it'll be done in time for the expo show:(

Crack a couple eggs into it :D:thumbs

YEEEEHAAAA T-Doug:lol:lol
I didn't even consider that. It's a pin hole at the top battery end. I didn't look any further so there could be more:nenau

I don't think they are expensive and are easy to change, get it sorted lad, I'm one third into my "research" of the peaks :D

Oh that’s bad luck but testament to the terrano getting you home:thumbs

Did you have to move the earth cable to fit that battery? Couldn’t quite see does it touch the top hose like mine?

Aye..
I'll have a ring around tomorrow and see what I can sort. Defo be a new one. The old girl deserves it:naughty

Didn't move or extend owt Jim. And there's a little gap between battery and hose :thumb2
It was a little smaller than the old one too :)

Well best local price is £235+vat:eek:
As it's auto, does the cooling rad fix to the radiator itself. Cos it that's the only difference, I'll buy a manual rad for less than £100 and make it work.... Or are there other differences?:nenau
I'm also told that as its plastic tanks, it cannot be re-cored.

Don’t know if 3litre is different but the 27 atf cooler is a separate rad mounted on front panel between grill and water rad but not fixed to water rad. If different could you modify or risk causing damage to the autobox over heating?

Just had a look at both types on ebay and google images, they appear to be the same. I reckon the one you have a price for will be an all metal one, the plastic capped ones are cheaper :thumb2

While your at it move the rad to the boot like Rick did on his off roader :D

Ah. Now I know where you got the title of your thread from... FOOL :lol:lol

That's what I though Jim. Should have got my lazy arse outside and looked:lol

The 2.7 has both a front mounted ATF cooler and one built into the bottom of the coolant radiator.
Replaced mine a couple of years ago.
Paid around £100 for mine but it's only a single core so engine warms up quicker but does run hotter if towing, especially on long inclines.
