I need something like that in my life but until I can find a solution that allows me to even plug in and read at least fault codes then that idea is shelved.

That's some cracking work Jay, it looks awesome :clap

No fault codes on a 3ltr :augie

I'll bookmark this post now and I promise you when you're begging for help because you're luxurymobile is flashing a code nobody has ever heard of, I'll just drop the link in the reply :lol and quote this post too :kissy :lol

Thank's guys...

I'm chuffed with how it's turned out! :clap

More to come from that screen at a later date tho! It will have many functions! :naughty

Indeed these are Euro Clusters... :thumb2

Much better (I think) than the dummy lights and all the working ones in the bumper!

I just much prefer 2 reverse light and 2 fogs! :D

OMG! I just found this, I was an inch away from phoning my local Ni$$an dealer to get the "problem" sorted! I thought all the bumper ones were an aftermarket mod because the previous owner couldn't be arsed breaking his wrist in seven places to replace bulbs! Talk about a weight off my mind!!!

Anyway, is your 2" lift a long travel lift? I'm going for an Ironman set myself - cheaper.. Looks like I'll be getting the same wheels as you but different angrier looking extra knobbly type tyres, I'll be getting 5 of each because I hate having a different looking spare. Going to wait till next payday then order the lift kit, wheels and tyres in a oner! (which will also give me time to shave the arches and ditch the mudflaps..)

Your truck looks awesome in grey and black, I'm thinking of spraying all the "Campaign" lower bits black to match the Ironman bumper I'm getting, then later spraying a few extra shades of green over the main green bit of my truck to achieve a jungle type cam pattern. It'll look ridiculous I know!! This will have the added benefit of not having to change the V5 because green is green no matter how many shades. (New name idea for the truck - 50 Shades of Green! :D)

Brian :)

I like the idea of the black lower end of your Trol, and I think you'd get away with camming up the top.... But if it was me, I'd be looking at an Olive Drab colour.

It's still green, so no need to in form the DVLA! :naughty

To answer your question, yes I did go for the long travel kit.

I also had to go for 5 Wheels/Tyres... I hate the spare being odd too!

I did consider going for more mud bias tyres, but unfortunately I do most of my driving in the road. (Theres's always time to change!)

I had my arches off today to check the fitment on the new extended arches...

Although happy with the front flares, I'm still a little hesitant about the rear ones. Searching the web does help me a little, seeing a lot of other Patrols who have used the same arches and below is the best and clearest picture I can find of the rear ones.

I'll not be fitting mine for a little while yet, but it's gonna be one of those things where you just have to jump right in there!

HURRY UP PAYDAY!!! That looks awesome! Did you take a pic of the other side? (The lower side I mean..)

Altho very similar, That's not my Patrol....

But just for you, I'll flex mine (oooo er ;)) and stick a picture up for you later!

I can't make the Old Girl flex quite as far because I don't have a big enough ramp.

But to help with compression on the other side, I just use another ramp! :thumb2

I think she'll ride the rough stuff well! :naughty
