A hydraulic press is a use full piece of kit to have in the workshop anyway see if you can find a second hand press local to you on e.bay etc larger the capacity the better.
Bolts are available in 8.8, 10.9 & 12.9 tensile. I would use 8.8 as the harder the bolt the more likely it is to shear as they are more brittle. An 8.8 bolt is high tensile any way so don't use anything of a lower grade same with the steel really hardox is more likely to crack than mild steel so...

Got to start with replacing the prop I removed mine & drove it for a short time while waiting for new ujs so may be previous owner did the same. easy enough to fit I don't even bother putting my truck on the ramp to remove or fit front propshaft.
