I too MTB, but not prepared to disclose what I ride on here, but put it this way it's insured for more than my car and isn't kept at my home address.

A pain I know but if it was stolen I would die inside!!!!

As a Xc queen I've got an Orbea Alma full SRAM X.0.
We'll have to get the MTBers out of the woodwork and organise a weekend biking, Llandegla?

So today I have spent little bit of time on the project

Axle shafts with hubs roughly cleaned and prepared for primer





Primer on- just a Holts can



Finally I have done some cleaning to the tank - hard work....easier to buy a new one I guess and It comes powder coated as well ......tempted :sly



And that's only the top part :doh

Made a bit of a mess spilling some diesel when pouring it out to the can :doh

looking good mate, I would be tempted to galv prime the tank then stone chip it with a shults gun or use dinitrol then just get the tank guard pc'd a nice loud colour

Haha. Funny you mention business as I am actually thinking about opening a garage. Got experience in cars and now adding a lot of 4x4. Also have good sources for parts
