The Project support Saab has developed an issue yesterday and gone into the limp mode with funny revs....Probably felt tired after long week :D
Diagnosed it as throttle body fault and got a second hand unit from a local breaker.





Seems to be fine now. Still more driving to be done. I guess at 197k it has every right to have hiccups now and then :thumb2
 
Also about a week ago my air compressor decided not to build pressure anymore...pump was going...Not that I use it a lot but hey...it's a compressor it has to be working :D Was thinking about getting a new one....however decided to get another pump unit instead :thumb2







Massive difference now. Just need a fresh belt and all sorted :thumb2
 
Exactly the same as mine, i had problems with the copper pipe from tank to pump, kept breaking.

Ah right! Well, think I remember most of that. Also work with group amounts per section if that makes sense....

I'd clean that over spray out of there in case the diff fluid reacts with it and flakes off into it, not sure how much difference that would make to the working of the diff, probably none but now I'm just being as anal as you :naughty

I'm stunned at the effort :eek:
 
Not sure what that is yet. All holes were covered. Need to have a closer look
