also, if u rattle them with an airchisel, or just smash them good and hard for a minute, with a large drift, then try and turn them with a dot punch chiseling on edge of bolt head at an angle trying to turn the head anticlockwise

if none of this works, can you drill off the heads and then remove whatever it is and get mole grips on the studs that are left ?

OR JUST BLOW THE WHOLE THING UP WITH A CRUDE HOMEMADE EXPLOSIVE DEVICE

I've come close to that :lol

the problem i have now is already started to drill out the 2 i couldn't get out as the heads were shafted . The screws are only about 5-6mm so not able to get a extractor on them . using good quality hss drill bit wont bite into metal

just destroy the heads, keep drilling
