Just been out to check it & this bulb is putting out roughly the same light output as the 6 LED's it replaced didn't think about taking a pic:doh will do tomorrow night just for you Jim:thumb2

Good job. I had to do similar to the brake light in my rear fin. One LED had actually rusted inside the actual dome.

Fingers crossed yours keep working well:thumb2 when this LED bulb dies think i'll look for a longer festoon bulb which hopefully will have 4-6 LEDs in a row, just pleased i'm not going to have to fit a LR No plate light. Truck must have been upset last night with having a dud light as it put the front & back wipers on by it's self (stalk hadn't been moved) & couldn't switch them off & then they just stopped & worked when I wanted them to:lol
