Well I went out this afternoon just to look and drive a couple of local lanes around Claverley I hadn't done for a couple of years.
Unfortunately when we got the camera out it had been left 'on' and there was no battery power.
I'd resigned myself to doing without pics when I did a lane that just demonstrated to me the ability of the Terrano.
I was going downhil and came across a twisty section, the pics in my Picasa album show the rest

What really amazed me was that with the front offside wheel well down in the ditch and the rear nearside way off the ground I ws able to just select reverse, minimum throttle and pull out of the 'pose' uphill with the minimum of drama.

The more I take the Terrano out, the more impressed I am.

That looks like a nice little hole you got into  Well now you know that your rear LSD is working a treat :p
I went to scout out a few lane near me today but with all the heavy rain we've had we did'nt do them as we did'nt want to get stuck on our own  Going to wait till they dry out a bit & am going to part or fully walk them first to see what they are like

i know that lane well been down there loads of times on me old dr 350,a matey once forgot about the road at the bottom and went straight over on to the next lane 8O

Dont you start

As I was going up that lane there were 2 horses and riders coming toward me and I could just tell there was going to be some confrontation.
Well as I pulled over to the left the lead rider brought his horse right infront of my car. I waited for him to come around the side of the car and I said hello. His reply was to ask me where I was going? and then to tell me that I was one of those 'knackering the tracks'. He rode off before i'd had chance to say more than 'yeh, whatever'.

Oh by the way, I love horses
