15 guys on site today, camera/security, lecy, beer guys, tillers, dave and his gang, Sarah and I, S/S installer and others, we were tripping over each other, more Monday, Rick

Steel in place, when Dave was cutting it he complained the metal cutting disk I supplied was not very good, I took no notice, but when we got it up on one side and needed to slide over to rest on the other wall it bound and we could not move it, so I decided to drill it and insert a pin in order to get a lever on it, blunted two cobalt drills straight away and never did drill it right through, so turns out it is high tensile steel

Usually HSS on a bench grinder or HSS and TC on a diamond whet stone by hand, Rick

Fitted rails to ceiling, with threaded rod drops, cut hole for outlet and fit ducting

1 st hood hung on bottom of rods so I have room to make the pipe connections, then bolt the two canopies together before jacking them up to position, ceiling hole does not line up as had to move it due to odd joist in the way, but no time to modify pipe before labour turned up to lift it in place
