Yes one piece of 6mm ply well whetted first, think Dave used 4mm ply for back shelves, the flat sections of the bar will be tiled, the curved section will be zinc, same as bar top, Rick

6mm bloody 'ell that is quite thick really, that's twice in one week I've been impressed now :lol
