You aint a lucky guy to be around at the moment, nearly killed, done for speeding.
Now if things come in three's:naughty

pete, you will be in demand as a get away driver now mate. :augie:naughty

was a fixed speed camera ... i thought they were stopping those ? ..... i admit to being a criminal , but i thought they werent allowed to use fixed cameras any more ? :nenau

hey Pete. not much you can do to get out of this one mate, id just accept the fine and points, prevents any futhur issues.

oh dear thats insurance going up

if i have commited a offence , i deserve to be punished , as does anyone else , but in my defence , it wasnt intentional speeding , id forgot my speedo under reads :doh

Briggie you're not a criminal yet, you have not been prosecuted.:nenau

Still a chance to flee the country. Scotland, Wales even.

You could be a fugative... hide out in Norfolk..
Enjoy your freedom.

If you are in the AA or RAC don't they have a free legal section, there may be a get out for that particular camera, worth a call.

Wales is your better option, you'll get hung for your jokes up here:lol

You need that loop hole lawyer that the celebs use, he can get you off, failing that unless they have a pic of you in the car , you do not know who was driving do you, wasnt you sick in bed about that time, someone could have borrowed your car, Rick

it says if i wasnt the driver , i have to provide details of the driver at the time of the offence .... £60 fine and 3 points :(.... on a lovely clean licence

Just a thought

Pete, isnt there something where you can ask to go on a "speed aware course" where you pay a fee and the fine but dont have the points on ya licence. Dont know much about these as Im frugal with juice (seen as I have to pay for it... lol) and the lead weights been thrown away, years ago lol.

Karl, are you taking note, surreal as we were talking about speed only the other day, these cameras are the absolute pits and a few have been burnt down around here,

Maybe worth a trip to the cop shop pete and ask in advance, you know do the good citizen thing,

:eek::eek:

Id be very careful using that as a defence. Knowingly using an unroadworthy vehicle and all that sort of stuff.

Do what most of us do, take the points (or the course) onwards and upwards :thumb2

ps youre not a criminal either (not recorded as a crim conviction) just a very silly boy :lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol

In spit of the blurb, it is possible to not know who was driving at any one time, but I digress, better idea is the driver aware thing posted earlyer, well worth a shot as more important than the points is the insurance aspect, Rick
