Pollen Filter, that's the word much better than heater air filter :doh. For the life of me could not remember the name :doh

If it's water that tastes sweet its Coolant !

Thank you :thumbs

Going back a few post replies if the wet fluid is sweet its coolant you would also have noticed a drop in the header tank level and the yellow coolant light would have illuminated eventually when down to minimum.

Rain water from sunroof drain or a straight water leak caused by rain ingress would not have a sweet taste to it.

If you have steaming up windows when the engine is warm I would suspect any early indication of Matrix Failure. The other thought is that it's air conditioning condensate due to either problems with air con if you have it or a water logged pollen filter.

P.S. Strangely enough my Jeep does not have a Pollen Filter it was a factory extra even on my Ltd Edition model that has aircon, sat nav, folding mirrors, heated seats etc as standard !!

For my money it will be the pollen filter wet and clogged, this will be due to the scuttle panel access plate for the wiper motor easy fix, Rick

That's the pollen filter removed don't know why it's that close up :lolbut air is now coming out of vents and it's warm :thumbs

I wouldn't be surprised if you have a leak from the inspection panel above the heater.

Well done on changing the pollen filter. Haven't done mine yet. :doh

Are there abs wiring/plugs under the drivers seat? I've had problems in the past because of 2 different size drivers and the need to move the seat forwards and backwards, disturbing the wiring.
well sorted wiper today.wiggled the abs wire at the front left wheel and warning lights gone out :lol:lolhappy days.

Well done. Another job off the list:thumbs
What's next?

Hopefully enjoy her now.mot next month so fingers crossed.get this year out of her and sell it at end of year and upgrade to a newer terrano I think.got some camping holidays booked so we will see how she goes on the long trips :thumbs

replacing the cable from the sensor to the plug fixed mine:thumb2
I tried to swap the sensor on mine and wish i never bothered, it all broke off and had to be drilled out with care. You might as well get a 2nd hand hub with a working sensor still in it and do the wheel bearing and ball joints whilst you're in the area.
