Looking very nice indeed, Elty! I'm very interested in the design of the bracket you want to make for the spare wheel :)

Not sure how to do it yet, but will post up the progress with it.

Thanks for all your comments :thumb2
Really pleased with how it's all finally come together.
Boot area is still under design, some storage areas are next on the list along with a swing away spare wheel carrier and a heavy duty rear bumper.

Finally back to its former glory :thumb2
Was hoping to get it mot'd Friday but had a problem with the wiper linkage. Stripped it down to find it was worn on the joints with loads of play.
Warmed it up with a heat gun and gave it a tweak with the pliers which tightened it back up.
Covered it with grease and re fitted it and now it's spot on and the wipers aren't jumping around and squeaking anymore.
Need to source a new one but it works again for now.

Great work elty, that'll see you through a few more years won't it. Fingers crossed for a nice easy mot.

Let's hope so Jim :thumb2
Needs a good run out that's for sure, off up to Cumbria at easter, meeting up with Barrbeast and maybe a couple of others for some laning in the lakes
