Not far off now Banshee :thumb2
Just the inside to seal, prime, paint and assemble.

Almost cracked it today.
Drivers side all back together.
All cleaned out ready for the seam sealer
All welds sealed with brushable seam sealer.
Was a tad cold so I put the oil radiator in there to cure the sealer.
Then on with the etch primer.
While that was drying I cut my rubber sheet to size for the flooring.
That's enough for this weekend, time to thaw out now :thumb2

Beautiful work bro, a man after my own heart

F*** the elements!!!!!!!

well after being outside working on my trucks Friday and Saturday I can confirm it was blooomin cold so respect!!! I had today off and did some house stuff..

just think that more than 90% of people would be scraping trucks with this much work involved so good on ya mate looking good...

I was tempted a few times to give up and get rid but once I got my mojo back and got stuck in I realised I was just being negative :lol

There is a lot to be said to MOTing your truck 6 months early lol, so you can work in the warmer weather with more daylight. :thumb2

Only costs half a price of an MOT when you look at it. lol...

It still had six months mot on it when I took it off the road as I decided it was unsafe to drive :lol
Still got another month before its due but I want to get it in as soon as it finished :thumb2

The end is in sight :thumb2
Had a few hours refitting and cleaning the interior today.
First job was to fit the rubber flooring.
Then in with the plastic panels.
Next was the trial fit of the spare wheel in the boot, to make sure I had full function of the rear seat and that the rear door would shut without fouling on my cooker shelf.
Like a glove :thumb2
Strapped in for now while I fabricate a proper bracket.

Cheers Jim :thumb2
Just the handbrake to adjust and front wheel bearings to look at as there is a little play in them then it's in for its mot.

Really very well done :clap

Better than new :thumb2

Only nipped up the wheel bearings and this happened :lol
That's enough for today :thumb2

Crikey I just changed wheel bearings on mine but luckily that didn't happen

:lol I knew it was going so I thought I would whip the trim off and have a look how bad.most of the wing under there was filled so cut it all out and started again.

The final piece of the puzzle :thumb2
Drivers side front wing sorted.
A skim of filler to get the shape something like.
Painted and all back together.
All that's left now is to give it a good clean out and wash and get it in for the mot by the end of the week.

Looking very nice indeed, Elty! I'm very interested in the design of the bracket you want to make for the spare wheel :)
