Looks neat :thumb2 A good mate in the motor trade though always tells me if I see something in Halfords thats not on mega offer, look around carefully because you will get it cheaper.

I dont know how far that applies to non car stuff

Have you looked at go outdoors stores? they'll price match and beat on and offline prices. I dont camp but for walking kit theyre usually one of if not the cheapest all round :thumb2

Got my last tent from Go Outdoors... if there is one near you they generally have a selection of tents set up, so you can 'have a go' in them, see whats invloved in setting them up, etc etc.... there staff are pretty good too, and will give you honest answers to questions you may have :thumbs

... normally alot cheaper then other places, so after you've had your first trip and vowed never to camp again you can flogg it on fleebay and get most of your money back!!! :thumb2 :lol:lol:lol

its true she's not keen.... but it will be habdy for meets ,rally's and stuff
plus its cheep enough. and going to devon saturday. or is it cornwall

well start with something small and cheap to see how it goes....and get a mattress to go under the sleeping bag, it makes a difference!
