Hi. The ones I had cut, as Rick predicted, are too thick to slide in. You'd have to loosen the EGR both sides to allow the gap. Also the bolt holes were out by a few mm. I'm going to try get some thinner ones made minus bolt holes. I made one myself this weekend out of some metal from a can as I had everything apart but I'll be asking for some new ones tonight, I'll post back if they can be done. I'm going for 1mm steel if possible.

oh, if I get them they are free, just postage costs to pay for. Ill post back when I get an answer from my plasma cutting nephew...!

ok, new order placed! 1mm stainless steel, no thicker, so as Rick says can loosen off bolts and slide in from underneath. I will be receiving them this week I hope, then im going to fit one to mine to see if chopping the ends off is worth doing or creating an "anchor" type fitting (slots over bolts). 1mm should slot in nicely, the gap is very tight and requires a large screw driver to prise the gap enough to slot the plate in.:thumbs

If these work pick me for one! :thumb2 :clap :thumbs hehe
