Nightmare!!!!!!!!! Mine has done the same but they are a pig to replace :(
If you fancy doing mine for a drink or maybe we could both tackle them together?

i am wondering if it may be easier to just undo the inner arm at the diff and change both boots at the same time? i dont know where to start lol

I'm doing all 4 boots tommoz if it stops raining ffs

any chance of some pics please stinka? i havnt a clue how the hub comes off the drive shaft? can the brake disc stay on the hub? do my non locking hubs need to come off etc etc? so many questions i know.......

Take the 4 bolts out the bottom bj, be prepared for them to snap lol, prolly won't if u wd40 etc, then track rod off hub, take end cap off hub, undo wheel brg, remove circlip, oh and drop calliper off. Then pull hub off shaft

Rip all boots off, clean grease off shaft, get your cone, heat up boots, pull inner boot over cv joint first, stretchy one this is, then pull outer over, grease em up, clip in place

Reassemble johnny 5

:)

see, ive changed wheel bearings etc on old cars but its just the "4wd" bit that is a bit off putting, i need my truck to get to work and back etc

This was when I did my balljoints

Wish I'd done them then ffs

Thinking about it guys, it will be easier to remove the hub complete

So, undo the top ball joint first, and get that out. Undo the big nut NOT THE 4 bolts !! They will just snap, then ull need a new top BJ

Pity you can't do a step by step photo shot of the removal Stinka, then it could be put on the club down loads for future reference :)

Would take ages tho washing the crap off my hands to Handel my camera :D
