CLUTCH-Jims in trouble

not too sure about that Jim, I always understood these to be good towers, unless he means you would refrain from towing in 4th gear due to the strain?
 
As far as I am concerned my motor is a fantastic tower, rock solid, corners well with a heavy trailer, stops well, pulls like hell, and at 4.8 tonnes gross gives 21 mpg, I can not knock that at all, and once on the roll I am in 5th most of the time and down to 1500 rpm no problem, but I do have a petrol, Rick

i was doing 65 on the a47 tonight at just under 2500 revs , not bad huh ?

Just got back with the truck and I'm over the moon about it. The clutch feels loads lighter and the gears feel a lot smoother so I'm guessing it's been on it's way out for a while now.
