Been sailing today so not much truck action. I did get the shocks and springs on though

I was just comparing clearance from yours to mine, is it the angle or is your fuel tank bloody low? Or is that due to fat body lift? :nenau

Tank on mine is in same place as any other T2.
Have got that bigger tank guard on which comes up to the back chassis rail but no lower than standard.

This broody front caliper has been my nemesis today
My old red one on the left is actually a N/S one , I should have an O/S one on the o/s :augie but the spare I have is minging :doh

On the upside, the sliders work and the pistons move
So out with the wire brush with volts at max :sly
After some time with an 'ammer and volts

Then this happened Right in me gentleman's sausage

Ya see, everything can be made to fit again :thumbs

Slider bolts etc all cleaned up a treat too

Apply primer and black and get this

Most importantly I have 4 wheels on my wagon again :clap
Clearance under the rock sliders sills is a tidy 610mm :naughty

The beast is stirring again :splif
