Thanks Rustic :thumb2
The welding on the truck of late is pretty much all the boy's work. I'm one happy dad . The truck was scrap years ago but I kept it going by giving the boy jobs to do on it and so pay him to learn his art rather than just giving him student hand outs.
He's one more year to go on his apprenticeship and on his 2nd welder already :augie
We have today, drum roll please, done the very last patch on the chassis :drums:
Here's one of the boy in his natural habitat :lol

and here is that last bit :beer

Just a lot more cleaning and painting now , I hope

Bloody beautiful, how much beer money are you paying him for that

I guess you get dad rates then :lol

He gets a bed, some food and much washing :D
More over he gets massive kahoonas by honing his welding skills on my old truck :thumb2

I taught him everything I know and then paid for him to go to college and learn it properly :lol

So yes, DAD rates :naughty

Oh and while I was trimming CDS to fit on the roll cage, he decided the little holes in the rear cross member were not allowed :)
Cut out and flush weld repair, flippin' awesome :clap

Now that definitely is the last of the chassis repairs :drums:

Well now black pearl is done what time do you want mine down? :naughty

How the hell did you get the rear bumper off I'm a bit thick to be fair but I just can't figure it out hahaha oh and looks a brilliant job by the way

There's just a couple of bolts through the chassis on each side :thumbs
