Srn Helen isn't really one lane - its like asking me to tell you about the pennine way as I'm sure you well know.

General comment : Some evidence that this did indeed close on September 1st. Will confirm this when hear back from RoW department or get chance to check for myself.

General comment : Dirven 03/07/05, couldn't see any indication of a current TRO (seasonal or otherwise), discussion with some local users we met drew a blank, AFAIK must be open all year round now.
