but we all know powys council dont like 4x4's it ruins there mountain bike visit wales thing.... it stops them changing use etc.Just to add to what has been posted, if you have a good look on your local/county concils web site there is often a section regaurding the rights of way in that area:thumb2Northumberlands is quite good once you get the hang of it:thumbs but if all else fails & you have a certain lane/s in mind give the council a call/vist to make sure you are allowed on said lane/s then if someone states your not you then have proof you are allowed:thumbs
is there anyone out there with the balls to say to these councils "no its a road its always been a road and you aint allowed to change its use just cos it suits you ". why does everyone pussy foot around
im going to powys council this week and neath i will visit the council and police and ask for the info
i recon i should introduce them to Mr extremely annoying
will let you know how i get on with the sarn.
if anyone could put me in touch with a local crag or glass rep id be interested
i fail to see how a council can change its mind on a status of a road. its our road we paid for it for all the years before they close them.
oh ive decided your truck should really be mine. ill collect it at the weekend .bet you dont all roll over and give em to me..... whats the diferance its equally yours (as much as some mountain biker)and they take them away and you say nothing, oh well we wont go there again
