right update..... the fan has now been reseated and the wobbling has died down abit. the bolt from the alternator tensioner had also sheered off so i have replaced that and all is ok. thanks to rick for supplying the fan when i can get over and pick it up and hopefully that will solve all my...

Found out what it is. When the pump was put back on, the fan was put on cockeyed and has sheered some blades off and is wobbling like mad. New fan for the win.

It's not running rough, just wobbling alot lol. I ain't got time or tools to do the mounts so I'll grin and bear it until the holiday is done and dusted.
