It's funny as well as a lot of people say it's normal for them to have a slight misfire when revved freely but I can't see that being right

Had a rover 75 and that was dropping the oil on the exaust side so not always seen in inter cooler

I think it had a replacement turbo and was adjusted wrong it now runs with some more power but still has a very slight surge at 50mph more like a fluttering.

It could possibly be the turbo as they can go very quick sometimes on the renaults you don't know there is a problem until the engine runs off

Only thing I would be worried is if they get caught up in the chain or is this not possible on this engine

Got to road test it but when revved freely the engine would misfire at around 2000 rpm or a little higher well looked at the turbo and the arm was able to push open on the waste gate a tiny bit think it was loosing boost. So two whole turns on the waste gate arm and it don't misfire any more be...

Don't kno it worked about 3 days then I seen the condenser was wet with oil

According to comma mine should take ATF in the transfer box but is it right as it's a year 2000 and I thought ATF would be too thin

Just wondering got mine regassed the other day but when aircon on the fan in front of the condenser never come on is this normal. Also shite fit said they had done a pressure test for leaks and they lied as condenser Is leaking so need a new one

One question are you running diesel veg or bio

Last time I had seen this was on a freelander and we tried injectors and stuff and it turned out to be the pump fault code was pointing to needle lift sensor on injector 1 this was on a l series engine

With what I have seen on the comma site the transfer box takes ATF also recons 3.5 liters for gearbox as well
