Hi bud ive got the same prob and it looks like it does need the wing guard off to get to the bottle and pumps.I was thinking of fitting a series 1 non turbo bottle as this is on the ns inner wing.

its a ranger 500/5 of 08 vintage and the front window was catching so they moved it up AWAY FROM THE SEALS then when it rained next it was in storage so we never found the damp till it was too late, ita also had new cupboard doors due to delamination and a warped tiolet door to name just a few...
