    Im doing mine this weekend, Ive checked on autodata and it says - 10w/40 or 10w/30 and the capacity including filter is 6.2 Litres# only thing im not sure on is the type of oil ie mineral or synthetic etc... :nenau

    ive been looking at a few sites and box section seems the way to go. im only replacing them from the rear wheels to the hinge side of the back doors. its gonna look messy but as long as it works im ok with that. it needs doing because its rotting near the body mounts. if anyone has done this...

    ive used steel steel on loads of motors showing signs of headgasket problems with no disasters. its a quick fix but not a long term solution. it wont cause any damage and is usually good for a couple of thousand miles. unlike other pour in solutions this formula does not contain metal fibres...

    Just fitted my new headunit into my T2. Just wondered if anybody knows of any good speaker upgrades as the standard ones sound like somebody farting in my earole :eek: im not after a boy racer boom but i would like good sound quality.

    it sure does let water in. i told the mrs its the model fitted with foot spa as standard :lol i will weld it up soon but i wont have time before the MOT.

    alarm not working ???

    get inside the car - activate the alarm and wait 30 seconds. then put the key in the ignition and switch thie ignition on. This should activate the alarm. if the indicators flash and there is no sound check the wiring on the siren.:thumb2

    i have the same problem. Big puddle in the passenger footwell after driving through floods today. i found some quite large holes (corrosion) in the wheelarch and im guessing its from there:thumb2
