i got one for £40 from ebay but ive got the 2.7 engine and its a bosch. it works a treat, dont know if its compatible with the 3.0 if you know the part number of it (printed on the maf) i could check it against mine in the morning.

ive got the same problem - mine starts at about 65-70 but if i push it up to 80 the noise disappears (and not coz the engines louder or stereos been turned up!!)

where would be the best online shop to buy glowplugs from? im looking for all 4 and would rather go for a decent set rather than an ebay special!! someone on here told me a site the other week but i cant remember what it was!!! ive tried google but would rather take advice from the members on...

Last week when i thought it must be the battery that was causing my problem!! Ive now got a brand new battery and one thats less than a year old fully charged in my boot to jump start the new one on cold mornings!!!!

it only got serviced last month so i assume it was all done as part of that. l'll check it anyway and maybe replace it if its easy enough to drain.

ok, it didnt freeze last night and the car started first time this morning! Would this point to anything seen as its only on very cold mornings it doesnt start?

my front passenger window is currently not working, all other windows are fine. where do i start to fix the problem???

yip, tested it all as per workshop download 6. everything was spot on to the instructions - much to my annoyance, i was hoping something would be wrong so i could fix the problem!!

was getting quoted £40-£50 for the wiper linkage from the scrappies on parts gateway, contacted my local nissan dealer £10.49 brand new!! part now fitted and problem solved. thanks for all your help once again Ross

its a 95. originally thought it must be the battery and went out and bought a new one... it obviously isnt the battery!

Cheers Rossco, i'll give that a try but if there was a loose or dirty connections why does it start no bother every other time of the day, its just the cold starts it doesnt like??

thanks Jace, had a read through it but doesnt appear to be that problem. The car runs fine, no loss of power, nothing else different. only problem is that it wont start when its cold in the morning, the car could sit all day and would start no bother later in the day, once its jump started...

Right.... ive tested the glow plugs as per the download, all reading spot on as per instruction... AAAAAgggghhhh... i was hoping one would be gubbed!!! ive checked the battery terminals: all clean and fitted correctly ive checked the alternator: working fine ive checked the glow plugs as above...
