the pump won't need removing will it? just seal pipes off and remove the rad?

well, thinking about using my blue one and getting a newer MK3/MK4 for road use. Only thing is this how I blew my Jeep as air con rad gets in way of cleaning the normal rad.

Is it possible to just remove the air con radiator and leave it out?

where can you get LSD oil from, as mine needs doing as it kicks out in the rain. better than me van though, that just stands still when trying to pull away in the rain (why make Front wheel drive vans!!!!!!!!!!)

Just test drove a 99 T2 2.7tdi same as my current road car however, this one wasn't as pokey as mine, the turbo didn't seem to kick in like mine does, it would be ok most of the times but a couple of times - nothing just didn't kick in, would this be the turbo on its way or the intercooler? if...

Terranosaraus- So if when I get my new t2 for off-roading, I want 2 inch lift, say I can only get 1 inch from just winding torsion bars (know how to do that) So can if can only get one inch, then can you re-index to get the extra inch?

Sounds good, won't do any harm putting a bead of silicone or some grease round where the join is will it. Trooper being picked up tomorrow so can start looking, seen a couple on e-bay going for fair prices. will keep you posted. Should be able to get a- 2inch lift at rear and 2 inch on...
