The buzzing is normal its the control sleeve valve in the pump nothing to worry bout I have bosch system and is normal dont no with Hitachi system if some1 can go out to their car dont need to start them just turn key to ign on then off while u r under bonnet near the ip and u will hear this...

the miss a alignment is most probably down to the t**ts putting new bulbs in and not realising it should only go in 1way but they can be forced in the wrong way and then u have the miss a alignment :augie it is sad and worrying at the same time as u have to wonder what else they think they can...

U can get to it with pump syill on engine but be very careful u dont round off the torque heads and hopefully for u its not stuck in there like mine was as urs is leaking if it is tight think u will have to take pump off as mine was so tight u had no swing to get the little f**ker out good luck.

difference is they don't warranty any damage because if the bio diesel isn't made right it will damage the ip pump, if its made right it will run in any engine but the manufacture's of the cars cant keep an eye on it simples :thumbs

when running on just diesel from pump its every 12,000 but bio diesel is totally different to veg oil may it be called svo or wvo if bio diesel is produced properly it will run in any diesel engine where svo or even filtered and dewatered wvo can not so lets not try to mix up bio diesel with veg...

At the end of the day the fuel in the ice cold injection pump is the real problem if u r even thinking of running wvo in winter I would strongly advise u to do a twin tank set up that way u always start from cold on good old fashioned diesel:augie
