I think that mixing colours used to be a big no no, as they didn't mix & went 'gloopy' (a technical term!). A couple of mechanics at different garages have told me that it doesn't matter with modern formulations. Anybody in the know, with a more technical answer?

I think there are 2 different Avon Rangers - one's an All Terrain & the other is very road biased. Mine are road biased. I've just been out in the TII and it was sliding all over the place. I hope my new tyres make it here through the snow tomorrow.....

Have been wondering this myself. When I change the tyres on mine, I'd like to put some slightly bigger AT tyres on it. I don't want to go extreme or even make any mods to do it, just slightly bigger than the 235/70/16s that it's on currently.

Seems ok with a quick look round using Firefox. Just a couple of obvious things. "Lets see what we have here" graphic is missing. "Shipping & Returns", "Privacy Notice", "Conditions of use" & "Contact Us" all need populating. Can you replace the OSCommerce logo with your own? Didn't go through...

Autos are or can be an aquired taste.... I used to hate them till I got the E Class Merc, even then it took me a while to get used to it and how to get the best from it, it is truly a pleasure to use, it learns your driving style and shifts accordingly, it's tiptronic too so you can shift up...

New rubber is on the agenda once budget allows.......
