Check and clean the mini gause filter (If it has one ) situated in the banjo bolt on top of the fuel pump..............If you have just had the fuel filter changed I bet a tiny amount of crap has got into the feed somehow past the fuel filter when changed(Happened to me when I fitted a new fuel...

Any cheap 15/40 turbo diesel engine oil will do.............just remember to change it at regular intervals.
