Not the same, but there are lots of newish Transit vans having tools stolen, with no signs of forced entry. The Police say the keys are being copied remotely and then used to open the doors later. A couple of our fleet have been done like this.

First off, you should get in touch with the building inspector and raise your concerns about the state of the build. Did the gas board cut off the supply. That wall is dangerous for anyone in your garden, it appears to be falling over..into your garden. The back garden looks like a shanty town.

It is annoying when people move to an area and then start to moan about things that happen in that area. A farmer had the environmental health people turn up because his pigs were causing offence to newly arrived yups. The EH could do nothing more than give him advise to get on with these...

The new Transit custom has 30,K/2 year oil change intervals, not sure I would leave it that long if it were mine though.

The works fleet are moving from Vauxhall Vivaro's to Ford Transit customs, some of the guys have them already and i must say, they do appear to be a nice bit of kit. The guys who have them say they are really nice to drive, I should get my one towards the end of the year.
