Immigrants or ashole5 the law abiding citizen rarly gets the assistance needed before things get out of hand and cost more time money and stress than is necessary.

Immigration! Good idea, I think they are from Iran? Both numberplates read bag555

They have a beat up Audi and a beat up range rover

The dad barely speaks English at all, the son and daughter speak English reasonably well, the mother I don't know, I only hear her shriek :nenau

The gas board threatened to shut off at road if they reoffend, then it's £1000 to re activate it apparently.

Update DVLA with the registration numbers, are they taxed and insured, do the drivers have a UK license, foreign license only valid for a year
Use the rule book against them
In Spain I believe if a car is in the country full time for more than a year it needs Spanish registration, if these cars are on foreign plates how long have they been here and does UK have a similar system to Spain?

I'll check that actually. :sly

One good thing that is definitely illegal is she keeps coming in the no entry way from the top of the road

The DVLA will require that a car is 're registered to a UK plate, if the owner is resident, ie spends more than 183 days, or primary residence/place of work.
This would have to be done within 3 months of arrival.
This is EU ruling. We have to go through this here also. So use this line of enquiry, if their cars have non UK plates.

I'd just stick with a photo diary, and the little notes about late night fires and driving the wrong way down the road. Then add in that you would liked to start a family, but with the unsafe building work and living in constant fear of a gas explosion, you dare not. Then pass it all on to the SUN and let them blow it right out of proportions for you, totally legally.

Call crime stoppers, anonymously I'm sure they will be interested and should plant a cop car in the area to catch her.

Neighbours

I have a pretty poor relationship with one of our neighbours and it is not a nice experience especially if you are naturally considerate.

Just one word of caution - a handful of Murders in the UK each year are by neighbours often over daft things like an out of control row of Leylandii !
That's why I would use stealth rather than your own legal route.

Many years ago my Missus had a load of grief from one of her Managers who was a bit of a drink driver. I passed the details on in confidence to a local Traffic Officer and within a couple of weeks he was caught drink driving and was a pedestrian for 2 years and over a £600 poorer with fine & legal costs!
The sense of "Shardenfreude" I felt was priceless. Smugness can make you smile within - its probably one of the deadly sins.

Er.. Well if I'm honest, I'm sort of burning my head in the sand.. It's bad because I'll end up flipping completely. Partially early night tonight, if the hammering starts I'll be doing some of my own on his front door!!

Police will not generally respond to noise issue they will tell you to contact Council.

Who will surely be shut? :nenau

Not their problem, but it will be if you say that if they don't attend you will be taking a walk round to the neighbours house to tell them to keep the noise down but you will be armed, BE WARNED!!!!! They will attend in numbers, armed!!!!! But as long as you have no weapons at home you'll be fine.

Armed can be interpreted in many different ways however Police will always think worst case and think "firearm"

Not the first time I've done this :naughty
