Great truck.. Oil pressure gauges in y60's never seem great, think ive only ever owned one which was reliable. If i had taken any notice of the oil pressure gauges i would have spent my life worrying and there was nothing wrong with the engines..

This lift kit came out of my y60 swb and is used however still gives almost 50mm of lift, allegedly only around 2 years old and not used offroad with low miles covered.. Gas shocks that are in great condition but will require new rubbers as some are very squashed looking. Springs are all good...

Dinitrolled my y61 a year ago after a long weekend of prep, scraped the loose stuff off then treated all the rusty bits and coated. Just been mot ed and it is still sound. Did the y60 a couple of weeks ago but only a couple of very minor areas to prep it is still a horrible job to do but well...

You could cut a piece of carpet and take it to a carpet shop and get the edges bound like a rug... Ive put dynamat soundproofing in mine only becouse i got it free.

Finally found a y60 with the best underside i have seen in a few years and this thing is solid however i paid more than i wanted for an older truck than i wanted but i didnt want to buy something with weeks of welding as i just dont have the time or inclination to lay under a truck welding these...
